Knife River – South Dakota East Sioux Falls Asphalt plant is located at 4001 East Rice Street Sioux Falls SD 57103. This 400 TPH state of the art Dillman asphalt plant was purchased in 2008 and has been running fantastic ever since. It has capacities up to 400 TPH. Concrete Materials produces SDDOT, IADOT, & MnDOT specified mixes and can meet any of our customer’s needs. Specialized mix designs such as airport mixes are accommodated as needed. Typical grades of asphalt binders used include: PG 58-28, PG 64-22, PG 58-34, and PG 64-28. We also are very involved in RAP (Recycled Asphalt Pavement) and also produce Warm Mix Asphalt.
