Knife River – South Dakota West Sioux Falls Asphalt plant is located at 1404 N. Louise Ave Sioux Falls SD 57107. The plant is a Drum mix Dillman/CWMF 400TPH state of the art asphalt plant with capacities up to 400TPH. Knife River – South Dakota produces SDDOT, IADOT, & MNDOT specified mixes and can meet any of our customer’s needs. Specialized mix designs such as airport mixes are accommodated as needed. Typical grades of asphalt binders used include: PG 58-28, PG 64-22, PG 58-34, and PG 64-28. We also are very involved in RAP (Recycled Asphalt Pavement) and also produce Warm Mix Asphalt.
